Returns Policy

It’s okay to change your mind!

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry, Sei Sorelle has you covered. Simply return the item to us within 14 days of receipt. As an eco-friendly company we are striving to go paperless, therefore when purchasing a swimsuit you will receive a confirmation email which will be your proof of purchase. Please retain this. 

Please return the item in a new and unused condition with all the tags and labels in place. We will be unable to offer a refund if the hygiene sticker has been removed. Once we have received your item you will be notified via email. If the item meets the above requirements, allow 14 days from the date we receive your package to see the refund credited into your account. A full refund will be issued using the same method as your original payment method (please note shipping costs will not be returned). In the unlikely event of not hearing from us 7 days after sending your return, please contact us on and we will respond as soon as possible!

Please note: No refunds will be offered on sale items. 


If you live in the UK, you can return your item free of charge. Simply email us on and we will email back with the return instructions and postage stickers. Please note that whilst you can return multiple items from one order, you cannot book multiple free returns from the same order. (If returning multiple swimsuits from one order we are only able to issue one free returns label to be used for one swimsuit).


Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free returns on purchases outside of the UK.

When returning an item, please ensure you complete a customs declaration form. When filling out the form please mark the item as a ‘return’ to avoid any unnecessary customs charges.

We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


In the event that you refuse delivery, because you do not want to pay customs or for any other reason, you will receive a refund minus the initial delivery cost and the cost to have the package returned to us. 


Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. If you want to replace your item in a different size, style or colour, please return your purchase for a full refund and order the item you love. If the item is defected or damaged, we apologise in advance and would like you to contact us at
