Shipping options will vary depending on your delivery address, the time you make your purchase and the availability of the product. Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive email updates on the status of your order.
UK DELIVERIES - Tracked
Please allow 3-5 business days for your package to arrive once dispatched. (Business days include Monday-Friday and exclude any UK bank holidays). Express delivery is available, however orders must be placed before 9 am. Larger orders are subject to an increased shipping rate and will be calculated at checkout. Please refer to the table below for delivery costs.
OUTSIDE OF THE UK DELIVERIES - Tracked & Signed
Please refer to the table below for specific delivery costs to your chosen area and estimated delivery times. Please note for deliveries outside of the UK we will need a contact number. This will be passed onto the delivery company to allow them to notify you on the status of your order. You could experience delays if this is not provided. Larger orders are subject to an increased shipping rate and will be calculated at checkout. Express delivery is currently only available within the United Kingdom. We are working on offering this for international shipping.
IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs, import duties and/or handling fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are calculated based on the type and value of the goods. They must be paid by the recipient of the parcel, and are not included in our shipping costs.
*Please note due to Brexit, EU orders are now subject to custom charges too.
In the event that you refuse delivery, because you do not want to pay customs or for any other reason, you will receive a refund minus the initial delivery cost and the cost to have the package returned to us.
We recommend contacting your local customs authority for more information regarding these charges before placing an order. Or additionally to query any charges payable/refundable.
